Privacy and how we handle your data
What we collect when you write to us
If you use the contact form or send an email to info@copytecnologia.com, we store the name, email address, phone number if you add one, and the message itself. We keep this only to answer your question and to follow up on a course enquiry. We do not ask for payment details, ID documents, or any sensitive category of data, and you should not send them through the form.
Technical data and analytics
Our hosting provider logs standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, the page you opened, and the time of the visit. We use aggregated analytics events to see which modules and articles are read most, so we can decide what to rewrite or expand. These records are not used to build advertising profiles and are not sold.
Cookies and similar storage
The site sets a small number of functional cookies needed for the pages to load correctly and to remember basic preferences. Analytics cookies, where active, are used only for counting visits and page performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the learning pages will still open, though some preferences may reset on each visit.
Who else touches the data
We rely on a hosting provider, an email service, and an analytics tool to run the site. These processors see the data only as far as their service requires and are bound by contract to handle it on our instructions. We do not pass your details to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. If a legal authority requests information, we comply only where the law actually requires it.
How long records stay
Contact messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a short period afterwards so we can pick up a thread if you write again. Server logs are rotated on a rolling basis. When a record is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is deleted rather than archived indefinitely.
Your rights over your own data
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete it, or ask us to send it to another service in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Write to info@copytecnologia.com or call 0660 9594853 and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EU or EEA, the GDPR gives you these rights; if you are in California, the CCPA gives you comparable ones.

What this site does not claim
We describe our modules as they are: structured learning material in programming and software topics. We do not promise job placement, income, certification results, or a fixed speed of progress, and we do not present endorsements or partnerships that do not exist. If you ever see wording on this site that reads like a guarantee, treat it as a mistake and tell us so we can correct it.
