Where the definitions stop and the disclaimers begin

Course descriptions on this site are written to be read literally. Below are the clarifications that come up most often when students compare our modules with other material they have found elsewhere. If something here contradicts a summary you read on a partner page or a forum thread, treat this page as the reference point.

Modules are study paths, not certifications Completing a module means you worked through the lessons and exercises in order. It does not produce an accredited diploma, a licence, or a recognised professional title. Any certificate of participation we issue describes attendance and completed work only, and it is not a substitute for formal vocational or academic qualifications.
No employment or income is promised We describe what a module covers and how it is structured. We do not state or imply that finishing it leads to a job, a promotion, a freelance contract, or any particular earnings. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and they depend on far more than coursework.
Lesson code is illustrative, not production-ready Examples in the modules are kept short so a single idea stays visible. They skip error handling, logging, access control, and deployment concerns on purpose. Before you put similar code into a real application, review it against your own security, performance, and maintenance requirements.
Pace depends on the learner Suggested schedules in the module overviews assume a steady weekly rhythm. Some students move faster through coding fundamentals and slower through application development, or the other way around. The sequence matters more than the calendar, so adjust the timing to your own available hours.
Third-party tools change without notice Modules reference editors, runtimes, and version control systems by their general behaviour rather than a fixed release. Interfaces get redesigned and commands get renamed. When a screenshot no longer matches what you see, the underlying concept in the lesson text is still the part to rely on.
Support covers learning questions Instructors answer questions about the material, exercises, and study order. They do not debug your personal projects, review code written outside the modules, or advise on business, legal, or financial matters. For anything outside the curriculum, the answer will point you back to the relevant lesson or to independent research.
